Domain name registration/transfer, domain protection, site builder, setup fees, activation and reactivation fees, license fees, upgrade/downgrade/migration fees, additionally set up services and premium support services are not refundable. Any request to redeem special or free optional services need to be redeemed at the same time of the package start date or the upgrade date of the applicable new package or the right to such special or free services will be waived. Example of such services include, but are not limited to, free domain registration, SSL, static IP, domain ID protection.
Within the first 30 days as a ultrahost customer, TheUltraHost will cancel your account and refund all money paid for your hosting service upon receipt of a formal request for cancellation through our cancellation form. The following services are expressly excluded from the refunds. Closure of your account does not automatically or necessarily entitle you to a refund of any fees due or paid Domain registration, transfer, and ID protection; Private SSL; All service fees in section 12 as defined herein; Additional static IPs; Additional site builder licenses; Licensed products purchased through NextraOne Web Services.
TheUltraHost services may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage or distribution of any information, data or material in violation of any applicable law or regulation or that may directly facilitate the violation of any particular law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material; trademarks; trade secrets or other intellectual property rights used without proper authorization; material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws.
Sending unsolicited bulk and/or commercial messages over the Internet (known as "spamming") is prohibited, regardless of whether or not it overloads a server or disrupts service to TheUltraHost's customers. TheUltraHost reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, what constitutes a violation of this provision.
Violations of system or network security are prohibited and may result in criminal and civil liability. Examples of system or network security violations include, without limitation the following: unauthorized access to or use of data, systems or networks; interference with service to any user, host or network including, without limitation, mail bombing, flooding, deliberate attempts to overload a system and broadcast attacks; forging of any TCP-IP packet header or any part of the header information in an email or a newsgroup posting.
Use of TheUltraHost's services or equipment for creating or sending Internet viruses, worms or Trojan horses, or for pinging, flooding or mail bombing, or engaging in denial of service attacks is prohibited.
The use of TheUltraHost's services to store, post, display, transmit, advertise or otherwise make available any type of pornography is prohibited. TheUltraHost as required by law, and will, notify law enforcement agencies when it becomes aware of the presence of pornography on, or being transmitted through its services.
TheUltraHost reserves the right to suspend the services if the payments are not made by the due date. TheUltraHost shall not be held liable for any kind of loss due to disruption of services. also we are not domain registrar so if we failed to register any domain we will refund your full money you have paid

The failure by a customer to meet or follow any of the TOU is grounds for account deactivation. TheUltraHost will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of the TOU. Depending on the severity of the violation, TheUltraHost may, at its sole discretion, restrict, suspend or terminate a customer's web hosting account and/or pursue other civil remedies. If such violation is a criminal offense, TheUltraHost will notify the appropriate law enforcement authorities of such violation. TheUltraHost does not issue credits for outages incurred through service disablement resulting from TOU violations. TheUltraHost customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless TheUltraHost from any claims resulting from the use of our services that damages them or any other party.
TheUltraHost does not allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated by Web Hosting and E-Commerce customers.
TheUltraHost's Web Hosting and E-Commerce accounts should not be used to distribute illegal or pirated software and/or multimedia products.
The TheUltraHost service is provided on an as is, as available basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. TheUltraHost and its partners and suppliers will not be liable for any cost or damage arising either directly or indirectly from any transaction or use of the service.
TheUltraHost strictly prohibits its Partners from publicly disclosing their own earnings because no one person’s income is typical but does show what is possible with time, effort, and dedication.
What you earn as an TheUltraHost partners is wholly determined by your own individual efforts. TheUltraHost does not guarantee that any partners will earn any amount of income or any income at all from the promotion of our program.
The amount of time and/or money you invest in your business, will determine your success.
